Our Helical Bevel Gearboxes are made from high-quality materials that are durable and long-lasting. The gear material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and the surface hardness of gears is HRC58??~62 ??. The housing material is cast iron/ductile iron, and the housing hardness is HBS190-240. The input/output shaft material is 42CrMo alloy steel, and the input/output shaft hardness is HRC25~30. The gearbox features accurate grinding with a grade of 6~5.

Our gearboxes also feature a lubricating oil of GB L-CKC220-460, Shell Omala220-460, and undergo heat treatment such as tempering, cementing, quenching, etc. Our gearboxes offer an efficiency of 94%~96% (depending on the transmission stage), a noise level of 60~68dB, and a temperature rise (MAX) of 40??C.
