Inspect the pulley groove to ensure there are no scars or sharp edges and that all dimensions conform to the standards. Clean the surfaces of all components, including hub holes, taper sleeves, and bolt holes. Align the cone with the pulley, ensuring that all screw holes match.

Apply oil to the screws (TB 1008-TB 3030) and threads (TB 3525-TB 5050) before inserting them into the mounting holes, but do not tighten them immediately. Clean the transmission shaft surface, then push the pulley, with the taper sleeve installed, to the designated position on the shaft, checking for proper alignment of the V-belt pulley.

If using a keyway, ensure it is inserted into the shaft hub first, allowing for appropriate tolerance between the keyway and the hub hole. Use a hexagon wrench conforming to DIN 911 standards to tighten the bolts of each mounting hole alternately and evenly until the specified torque is achieved. After a brief operation (0.5 to 1 hour), check the bolt tightening torque and retighten if necessary. Finally, fill the connecting holes with grease to prevent foreign matter from entering.
