The capabilities of the gear/spline are impressive, with a maximum O.D. of 2500 mm, minimum I.D. of 650mm, and maximum face width of 500 mm. Internal gears and internal splines are made through milling, shaping, and tooth grinding processes, while external gears and external splines are made through hobbing, milling, and tooth grinding. The product is manufactured following DIN Class 8, ISO/GB Class 8, AGMA Class 13, JIS Class 0 teeth accuracy standards.
